RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS: Damaged books may be returned to the publisher for a replacement book. Publisher must be notified either by mail or email that book is damaged within 10 days of receipt. Publisher will replace damaged book at no cost to customer.

DELIVERY STANDARDS: All books purchased will be shipped USPS book rate.

TIMES/METHODS: All books purchased will be shipped the following day after receipt of payment and should arrive to the customer within 2-5 days.

SHIPPING COSTS: None. Shipping is free to all customers in continental U.S. who purchase the book offered on this web site (Annabelle's Charm).
